Nice pics Kev, my new PCR is also fast becoming an every range trip gun. That is really pissing my P-01 off, and the Rami 9mm and .40 are just going to have to deal with it too. Mike

I've had a P-01 before (Actually named the gun for CZ) that I had to sell due to finances.

Thought that after hearing for many years that the PCR was equal or better.

I'm glad that we took a chance on the gun.

My wife loves it.

Should it be lighter than my RAMI. It would get carried more often.

Right now.. it resides in the High Noon UNDER ARMOR shoulder rig.

The best $69 you can spend on a CZ holster!

Or sometimes in this:

--An amazing trigger for a stock gun.

--We both find the grooved trigger to be a non issue, as
we usually shoot from half-cock position the first round
DA.

Then subsequent single-action shots from then on.

The thing is scary accurate for a new gun, and the trigger is still smoothing out with use.

I still think that the P-01/P-06 is the BEST CZ on the planet for an all-around 9mm/.40 gun, but the PCR crowd might take offense at that statement:)

_ With CZ prices destined to climb even higher.

-I say buy a PCR/P-01 if you can find one.

CZ-452. It simply reeks quality and is a lot of fun to shoot.

Finest sub $500 .22s you can buy.

I may be acquiring a CZ 75 in the near future...

Yes.

My new 513 Basic was only $240.

Perfect for a CZ plinker at a budget price!

Here is my latest acquisition. A lovely stainless 75b. I put 300 rounds through it Saturday, and the only problem I have is a slightly sore right index finger. It's really accurate. I'm just an average shot, but this gun boosted my accuracy quite a bit over most of my other handguns. In 300 rounds, nothing but bang every time. I read lots of posts and I must be one of the luckiest choosers of handguns alive. I just don't have problems.
And from researching the 75b - i'm 'very' confident in it.

I've seen photos of the special edition. The previous poster has the beautiful black powder coated model. I handled that model prior to getting the stainless, and I was almost mesmerized with the beauty of the black coating. It's stunning. I was not prepared for the look. Very custom looking. The shop owner said if the finish would chip if hit hard enough. That personally would bring me to tears.

Anyway, these are such superb pistols. I'm sorry I have not owned one earlier. I'm tempted to get a black powder coated model but really, I could powder coat my stainless.

just put a CZ-75B in .40 on layaway at the local pawnshop should have it out in a month or two...

will look damn sexy next to my 10mm TZ-75 :)

BTW- anyone know where I can get wraparound grips that actually fit the TZ75?

Jon11139: I recommend the UpLula loader.
It works with single or double stack 9mm to .45cal, and its fast and easy.
Midway and many others carry them.

armoredman,
From what I understand it was made in 1950. It was a mess (inside) when I bought it , but after a little cleanup, it runs like a top. I have shot around 200 flawless rounds through it. Almost forgot, it's actually a CZ 1945

that's my CZ 75B, in 9mm. i have a lifetime warranty on it, so if anything goes wrong (unlikely) i can send it in to get a part replaced or fixed. the only changes that i made to it was that i put those amazing rubber grips on it. :D

i can't decide if i want to get a 75 compact, a PO-1, or a PO-7.
i want crimson trace on a compact model though. don't they make one for the 75 compact and the PO-1?

oh and by the way do i qualify for the club?

this is one of my favorite pictures that i found online

CZ 75B slotted grip screws

hey do you know where i can get some slotted (NON phillips head) scews for my CZ 75B online? can you provide me with a link? i pretty much mangled mine to nothing when i put my rubber grips on.

Sorry, the set I have on my PCR was a gift from a member of czforum.com. Take the screws down to a screw and fastener supplier, and see if they can match thread and pitch.

CZ is one of my favorite gun makers!

I have a CZ 452 Varmint that just shot a 1/2" group at 50 yards today. Completely stock with a Weaver 4x32mm scope.

Hard to beat for $390.

Bought my first CZ yesterday at local gun show. After reading so many positive things about the CZ-82 I had to take the plunge. I actually do have a question though. I recently read on another gun forum an article relative to the PA-63 9x18 . Evidently that weapon has a problem blowing apart when firing ammo exceeding 95 gr. Can any of you knowledgeable individuals tell me if the CZ-82 has similar problem or will it handle the 109 to 120gr rounds I've been seeing out there by Wolf and Silver Bear. Is there a good solid round recommended for this gun? Appreciate the help guys

I have a Sig p229 SAS gen 2 and a Kahr mk9. My next purchase will definitely be a P-01. That is the best looking, and feeling gun I have come across. I will be getting one in Oct. Can't wait... till then I will have to keep looking at all of yours.

Here's my wedding cake. USPSA theme with an SP-01. Cake guy did a decent job for being wierded out when I told him what I wanted and tried to show him pictures. He got the details down like the rail, trigger, grip checkering, sights, cz rollmarks, etc. :D
