I don't have an autoloading 22 rifle. How I've neglected this need over the years I'm not quite sure. I'm kind of thinking about a 10/22 takedown model. It would be easy to toss in the closet/trunk of the car. Is there any reason to go with a polymer stock over the ones with the Altamont wood one? I'm kind of a sucker for old school wood and blued steel guns.
