Aviation accidents attract lawyers who sue everyone within a hundred miles, especially if they have deep pockets, or even if they're charities for helping disabled kids. Seen it happen.Yikes! At least he died (i assume) doing something he loved and likely didnt feel much. To me, if it was his own plane, the event has no liability for the accident. Kinda like other forms of racing, death is a known possibility.
