After the National Forest Service closed one of the several shooting spots in the National Forest near Tucson (up on Reddington Road, for those familiar with the area), I'm figured I'd to coordinate a mass cleanup of the area.
This should have several potentially useful results:
- A cleaned-up range.
- Demonstrating to the NFS that Tucson area shooters actually give a fark about the land, and don't want to see it trashed.
- BBQ food (hopefully someone can bring a grill and we can all chip in for food).
See this thread at AR15.com for more information and to RSVP. I'd prefer that all RSVPs go to that thread, if possible, as it makes it easier to coordinate than with numerous threads all over the place.
