Although my personal experience with them goes back quite a few years (I got my first Cimmeron when they were still in Santa Fe, NM) the Cowboy Action Shooters I know say my experience is still pretty valid.
First, the high end guns are pretty well made but for some reason Uberti can't temper a spring to save their butts. You will probably have to replace most if not all the springs if you do more than hang the gun on the wall.
The so called "Charcoal Blue" is one of the thinnest, poorest finished I've seen on a gun. The first Cimmeron I bought was the "blue" SAA copy and in a matter of weeks the finish was about gone from both holster wear and cleaning.
For what it's worth I have never seen an original 1st Generation Colt SAA that had a finish anything like this. Their blue was certainly different from our modern blue black but it wasn't this thin, bright blue Uberti uses.
As always, YMMV!
