Okey a Review on my cheap .45acp NORC 1911:
Day 1 - Fired 18,000 rounds with no failure. Fired from different positions, 3 finger test, two finger test, 1 finger test even on weak hand to test limp wrist sensitivity, and the gun wont jam. No matter how loose and not even holding the gun to fire it would still fire, dammit!
Fired from under the balls one hand shooting, still firing, no jams or whatsoever. Invert firing, slide downward with the little finger pulling the trigger, still no malfs.
Day 2 - Chartered a jet and requested the pilot to climb to 28,000feet and make a 360 turn over the cemented runway, opened the cabin door while I was being tied to down to harness and I threw the the gun out. (Take note the pistol was not encased in ice block.) At 28,000feet I could see the gun hissing in light speed and impacting the runway. Advise the pilot to RTB to retrieve the pistol. Checked the gun, safety was still own, no accidental firing (chamber loaded) even being dropped from 28,000 feet, and it seems the gun was pretty intact. Magazine still in, and started firing. For 3000rounds from the drop test the gun never failed to fire. Wow
Day 3 - Accuracy test. Summoned my best buddy to position a soda can on top an FI50engine hood and asked him to drive me 3000yards away in his dune buggy. Took a right knee down position 'ala' Jeff cooper, carefully aiming for the soda, with my 67year old eyes I could barely see the can but I could a make silhouette out of the desert heat. Took a careful aim, breathing in deeply, holding my breath for 33minutes, yeah my buddy timed it, and slowly squeezed the trigger, and BAMMM, i waited for the ping sound, while I was preparing to pop my 2nd gatorade for the day and there you go from afar I saw the soda popping up into the air. I said I could not believe this! At 3000 yards?
Day 4 - The underwater test - Contracted a dinghy and a dive suit and off I went to Marianas trench. Loaded the gun, dived into the water to 800 meters and carefully racked the slide. Fired 1 shot, positive ejection, and complete return to battery. Fired 2 more still no malfs. Made some double taps as a clown fish was passing by 50yards away, and wow you could see the poor little marlin tossing like fish fries. Since I brought extra ammo, I fired up in the fastest rate of fire I could muster. I was able to dispense 10rounds from CMC magazine under 3.5 seconds, wow what a gun.
Day 5 - The underload test. Capped all my 10round mags with underloaded rounds, no gunpowder only remington primers, with slugs of course, to see if the gun would cycle. Fired 1 round, wala, again a positive ejection, and a complete return to battery. Wow
Fired the remaining 9 in fast mode, BAMM, BAMM, BAMM, BAMM, BAMM, BAMM, BAMM, BAMM, BAMM...under 2seconds... wow all positive ejections and a complete return to battery. This gun is crazy, it would fire anything.
Total rounds fired in 5 days: Under 22,000
Hoping to fire more a bit to make it to 150,000rounds before I decide to CCW this gun.
I have already by the way made a lay away on a G34 im hoping this gun will not disappoint me as well.
Thanks and I hope everyone enjoyed the review. And wish me luck with the 34.
