UPS Strikes again.

We had a shotgun that i built barrel sets for delivered to one of our customers in New Jersy.
This was the 8 barrel set i built for him and this time there was a new UPS driver.
These are all adult sig. req. shipments and marked the way that UPS wants us to mark them.
The shipment never showed up but the driver has said he left it on the door step without getting anyone to sign for it.
After my customer called UPS and complained about it he was told that the packedge was signed for and it was delivered.
When my customer finaly got a hold of the new driver he was told it was not that great of a shotgun any way.
A claim was filed and UPS is still stalling, meenwhile my customer is out one MX-8 with 3 new barrels and is looking for blood, he's not one to mess with.

I have only had 1 issue with UPS leaving ammo at another house. Everything else with them has been exceptional.

Fed Ex on the other hand, I would not ship with them if it was free .

I've told this before here, but it still amazes me when I remember it. I ordered two cases of ammo from different vendors. One required a signature, and it was properly delivered. About a half hour later I got a call from a MIDDLE SCHOOL a mile away, saying that they had a package of mine there... "small arms ORD" label and all, the UPS guy who had been at my house 30 minutes earlier, delivered a case of .223 to a middle school. I was really lucky that the receptionist was not freaked out by it, and called me directly. She said that she didn't want it sitting around overnight until the driver could come back and pick it up the next day. She was nice about it, glad I wasn't living in the city.
