This dog ain't hunting, or even standing for a number of reasons:
1.
I doubt there was a search warrant at all obtained, either way. They just barge in here without a warrant, and there's nothing you can do.
Wrong answer. See Silverthorne v. US and Mapp v. Ohio, both cert to the USSC.
2.
An alcoholic dies if they stop.
No, they don't, and no, I didn't.
3.
Drug users do not belong in the fed pen for small posession charges.
You're right. That's why they don't go to a FCI for minor possession charges. It's a misdemeanor, cite and release, see you in court type of thing.
4.
She didn't plead rape, it was charged
How? No victim, no crime. Where is the probable cause for arrest? Where is the body of evidence?
5.
Tell me everyone, do you think a mans entire gun collection should be stolen because his wife accuses him of attempted rape and divorces him, after her kids say she's went fully nuts? Because this is what's happened.
See #4 above.
There was no warrant used, they simply told her they were taking the guns whether she wanted it or not. It was a rookie with a 'tude
He lost his guns the night of the arrest, in this city if a woman screams POLICE! at 4am, a guy goes to jail no matter what.
He had all of his guns in the same place as he did not expect anything like this, ever. Not sure if safe was locked or not.
Hm. No warrant? Again, see Silverthorne v. US and Mapp v. Ohio.
Guns in a safe? See Chimel v. California concerning searches incident to arrest.
Puyallup Tribal Police, fully cross commissioned and certified to enforce laws and statutes of the State of Washington, the Puyallup Indian Reservation, the City of Tacoma Uniform Court Docket, and Pierce County Statutes.
I'm just your average ignorant street cop.
Friend, giving you the benefit of the doubt, if this is the story you heard, think twice--for all the reasons I mentioned.
NO ONE goes to Club Fed for a simple possession charge.
Check with your "friend". There's more to this story.
And pardon me, but you alluded to being trained as a Police Officer. What happened there?
Also,
I said ANY church. Not MY church. I don't wish people like you to be near my congregation unless you take a serious step back of good people who are trusting and good at heart. Please read more and learn to trust and obey what God tells you in whichever form he wishes to present himself to you (a dream to me this time that was profound and listed my entire conversation about him that happened a few weeks later)
Not your congregation, but God's. Not your judgement, but God's. And whatever happened to:
"Judge not lest ye be judged; for in the manner that you judge, ye shall also be judged."
