I know what he did to my friend and have heard the meeting between them and he is as dirty as they come.

And it doesn't make me a liar. it was pre-determined that I was going to quit, and they up and fired me because I put out a notice about how there was no more support from the administration who bleed black, not blue. They had 2 officers at my house the next day to collect my gear. I had no problem and knew it was coming, thus I considered it me resigning. When state gets federal in on it, it is federal. because obviously he was federally prosecuted by a top ranking lawyer. His 10 grand one was nothing compared to whoever this guy is which I will find out more of which. I wasn't able to get a specific name it was all so much information to get at once, so I wasn't able to retain a 1 name, sorry. My memory fails me anymore concerning names, but not specific details.


I hope that you know, more than 1 or 2 people have tact and class and don't accuse people of being straight up liars based off of information that is extrenious ir harder to believe at worst, and truly believeable unless you think the government is some kind of pink happy fairy, which if you do, please stay that way; it's much better I bet.

Post his name and info here for us to research ourselves. Perhaps I have heard of the case in the news etc. Iowa also has the courts online system to look up cases. Your paranoid story isn't cutting it here - we need more info

I just explained what happened. Do you need hooked on phonics to comprehend it? Why does it even matter what I've done? This isn't about me. if it was, i would have already sued and known I could win. I've seen how they operate. I refused to be corrupt and take injustices. I will not post it here, I can neither ask him right now to approve it by him, nor do I want it to be public until after the case has started. Please pm me and respect his privacy wishes. If i am additionally paranoid, I am fully justified after hearing what terrible things they did to him. Gitmo prisoners were treated better than this. It made me ill when I heard some of it. In the future with his permission only, i will then add his case number and name to the thread. i will make sure he is aware of where it is so he can register and post if he wishes, also. This thread is already being printed out to give him a frame of reference, although some of these cruel and harsh comments might just get deleted, lest I break his heart and spirit that he may one day get these guns back.

You do not need a gun attorney. You need a very very good criminal appeals attorney. Since he already plead guilty there are very few ways to get it overturned. He needs to prove an ineffective assistance of counsel claim or coercion by the authorities. You also need to look into what court it was in to find an attorney specialized in that (fed vs. state). I cant tell what court since you say fed but you claim a local DA. Your story is hard to follow.

jepper, I know it may be hard to follow, sorry that I didn't prepare it first beforehand, but as it turns out it was pages either way. I should have taken the time but I wanted to work as fast as possible and have him a lawyer by the time he got off of work today. He is now disabled and cannot afford much, and all.

I AM NOT A USER OF METH! If I take a stimulant, I DIE. I have epilepsy and am not supposed to even have caffeine. If I do, it can trigger a full unconsciousness seizure within me. I am not going back to the hospital for the 4th time for a seizure, so I cannot take stimulants. Methamphetamine is a dirty nasty terrible drug, and I cannot STAND to be around users of it or anyone under the influence of it. And they're not exactly hard to spot, you know. I'm a businessman and a pastor, not some crank-junkie wanting his next fix. Do you think I would be sitting here typing out page after page trying to get a justified case overturned if I needed to go get my fix for this supposed raging addiction that none of you have ever met me to know that I supposedly have? Sorry, keep trying. If you have to discredit me by saying I'm a meth addict, I question your motives. Who do YOU work for? My congregation is not the type that are connected to the gun industry as much as I am. I shoot more than anyone else, but know nothing of legal representation. Thus, I asked the best place I knew. I am perfectly calm, it is part of my therapy for PTSD. My writing style is different than most, though, excuse any perceived anger or spite. I have provided the information to the best of my abilities as of right now, I will talk with him later tonight and try to get more. Basically, I gave up the info that he was wrongly tried and never should have been in court. That's all that matters. I just want lawyers names, and numbers, that's ALL I ever asked for., and ALL I need to provide to him.

I just talked to him again to get a briefing, and he says as part of his plea agreement ( I have not read it yet but will obtain a copy) he cannot appeal. His trial was based on entire false testimony though, so this is out the door no matter what if we get his ex-wife to testify.

Why was there a trial if he plead guilty to the charges? Correct me if I am wrong, but isnt the entire point of a plea agreement to avoid a trial?

The problem with the Ex-Wife changing her testimony is this: If she lied once she could be lying again. Why should it be assumed that she is telling the truth now? Either way she is a liar. When a person has been convicted in a court of law, either by a jury of their peers or by self admission (plea agreement) then that holds a lot more water than the tearfull testimony of a confessed liar.

You're right. That's why they don't go to a FCI for minor possession charges. It's a misdemeanor, cite and release, see you in court type of thing.

There was no warrant used, they simply told her they were taking the guns whether she wanted it or not. It was a rookie with a 'tude

He lost his guns the night of the arrest, in this city if a woman screams POLICE! at 4am, a guy goes to jail no matter what.

He had all of his guns in the same place as he did not expect anything like this, ever. Not sure if safe was locked or not.
