Urgent help needed to find gun attorney

Did no one listen to the part of the original cop offering to KILL my friend? His ex-wife told him right away, obviously. And clearly, she declined. She didn't want him physically hurt because he never DID hurt her. She has bipolar, and just went off the deep end, but still didn't want him hurt at all or in prison. You people are trusting a MURDERER over a guy who's story I've just told to you in what to the best of your ability and to mine is the truth at 100% face value? What kind of god-fearing people are you? I hope your God is as forgiving as mine is, because you're going to be standing in front of 2 sets of gates, and 1 wrong answer and you're down a path that you will never come back from. So go ahead and entrust a murderer as your neighbor, it will be your own undoing.

Yes, it was entirely her fault. She just went batwing crazy one day. and her kids all say the same thing. She turned very easy and had sex in front of their young daughter the first night he was out. It ripped my hearts heart in two, but he's called her worse and knows it's true. I always knew there was something...odd about her.

The crime of being an unlawful user of a controlled substance while in possession of a firearm, has three essential elements, which are:

One, the defendant was an unlawful user of a controlled substance;

Two, the defendant thereafter knowingly possessed a firearm, while he was an unlawful user of a controlled substance; and

Three, the firearm was transported across a state line at some time prior to the defendant's possession of the firearm.

Number 1 was false.

Number 2 was false.

Number 3 was false, no guns are made in Iowa to begin with, so pretty much anyone who has smoked pot back in the day and owned a gun at the same time no matter where it came from, has commited a felony. Nice to know, huh?

It falls under the GCA of 68, one lovely piece of history where we started declining in rights. Funny how the forefathers smoked it for their ENTIRE LIVES and had no problem owning weapons or having weapons accidents. It wasn't even written into the constitution as it was so legal then.

Oh, for Christ's sake. How do you know this really happened? Is this something your friend told you?

No, it's what his wife confirmed the day after, after she found out what they were going to do to him and were holding him for, she wanted the charges dropped. At that point the prosecutor didn't care though and demanded he plea out just so they could get him on something, anything. Why would either of them make it up? I didn't offer legal help until the end of the story, he was just talking about what had happened to him fully to help me understand it.

OK, I admit it. I'm totally lost.

1. How did the police stumble onto that one?
2. How did they develop PC? People are NOT arrested on charges like this without some really good evidence.

3. If your friend did time in a FCI, why didn't the fed's arrest him?

Dude, this all stinks to high heaven. Get the full story from your friend--he is NOT telling you the whole thing. (Again, giving the benefit of the doubt).

There WAS no PC. This was a rookie with a hard on for arrests. There are MANY of them on the force now, it's purely young guys, no old guys. And you better believe he WAS arrested. Because that's all the evidence there is, they only got him on that charge. he was arrested by Marhshals who were getting ready to battering ram his door if he questioned their decision to open the door immediately. Yes, it stinks, and yes, this IS the full story.

I'm not a gullible person, I can tell when people are lying to me, and he is not a liar or a bragart or someone trying to get sympathy. He is just poor, hopeless, and wanting help now. And I'm trying to give it to him without him ever having even asked for it.

What, did you not hear me to get out of this thread? i start it, you come to cause trouble, I instruct you to leave me alone peacefully, and you refuse? The case I posted was not him, it was the first google hit for the charge name and it just happened to be in the same district court, sorry pal, it's not meth, nor was meth ever near either of us before we grew out of that phase.

OK. E.S.S., read the case brief. It seems that your friend is a meth cooker and distributor. Tough, but them's the breaks, fella. Just another felon trying to make an end run around the system.

Moreover, the case has withstood the judicial review of the 8th US Circuit.

Sorry again, but I have to say it--he got off light. Meth cooker? Screw him--he should have gotten 30 years or more. :fire:

He's done--and so am I. Find some better friends.

Horse cookies.

Here it is, in black and white.

Post this guy's case and relevant cite numbers. Or quit. This is a dead horse, and you have no reason not to post the pertinent information. Period.

I heard you, but I am not paying attention to you.

By the way, you never answered the question about why your friend is prohibited from using a computer as part of his parol.

That is usually only a condition when the original crime has been commited using a computer. You know, something like fraud, hacking or trolling the chat rooms for children. That sort of thing. So why is he prohibited from using a computer.

I am still waiting for the location of your church, I would really like to drop by and meet you and your friend. Maybe your friend would be willing to show me his records and then I could assure everyone here that everything is on the up and up.

Still waiting.

Ok, people can't act civily so I'm requesting this thread be locked. Once again, it was not him that I posted it was just some random link with the charge name, I didn't evne know it had meth or I would not have posted and fed you damned conspiricy theorists coming up with whatever you can dream up. Go walk back up the grassy knoll. And I can not post his info because he is working and I cannot call him. if anyone has any you know, real good info other than Gerry, feel free to contact me. Otherwise I'm done with the accusations. You people are WORSE than the government. And that's scary. Time to move.

Damn, you guys are good, you were right about it being meth related. Not just possesion or use but manufacturing and distribution.

If this is the case, then an elaborate conspiracy must have taken place for this guy to be innocent. I mean, not only would all the evidence need to be planted, but the folks performing the urine test would have had to be in on the conspiracy.

Can no one read here above a 3rd grade level? How many times do I need to say it was not him, and methamphetamine was not related? It's been what, at least 4 now. Why woulkd I suddenly post his entire case on the web, when I will only give it out in PM's to serious investigators?

Et Spiritus Sancti,

See you just lied again. You said you weren't going to post on this thread anymore. Shame.
