Washoe county regional shooting facility

Hi all, I'm trying to get info on this place and have called several times. No one answers and no return call, so here I am.

I understand this range is open Friday-Monday to the public - I want to shoot long distance, ideally up to 1000 yards. My questions are:

1) It appears there are "reservations" for bays, the 1000 yard range, etc. - do I need a reservation to shoot on the 1000 yard range prior to doing so?

2) If the 1K range is reserved, can I still shoot at it?

3) If the IPSC bays are reserved, can I shoot at the 1k range, and vice versa?

4) Are steel targets set up along the 1K range, is is it all bring-your-own?

Any other info would be appreciated.

With 110,000 square miles of open public land, NV is a shooter's ideal place since you can shoot about anywhere. If you can't get Washoe to respond, go out a little north towards Pyramid and set up a spot.

Carson City's range is nice, but it only goes to 300.
