Photoshopped from him doing what? Checking a piece of lumber for straightness? If you wanna be paranoid, say it's a lookalike; besides the stock, glasses, and muffs, it could be any black guy with a short haircut.

Is it really that implausible that noted shotgun enthusiast Biden may have, on at least one occaision, goaded Obama to join him in shooting skeet?

It's easy/advantageous for a politician to be against something when very few people have it--it seems unlikely to me today he would be in favor of the proposed legislation
