What is it with women's undergarments and badguys? I am sure when the first panty hose bandit made his move, the "hue and cry" ranged from hilarity to disgustedness, but it seems a bit retarded, but I guess most felonious activity is retarded anyway.

Future dumb crook award goes to robber with no disguise because future women don't wear under pants.
