Sig P6 in an old Uncle Mikes Sidekick. I'm too poor for custom leather, and this rig is comfy.
not mine, just a really pretty picture

This is actually me.

Finally got everything together the way I want it. Forgot my wallet and the holster for the LCP in this pic... oh well.

Hardly the best picture, but I've been hard-pressed to find a better piece for me.

Tilt it forward, and I'm honestly surprised I can hide that on my <130-pound body.

Deus Machina, I carry a 469 too. You don't see many folks on these forums that daily carry these great guns. I'm much bigger than you, but it hides just as easily as my Sig 239 and only weights a couple ounces more (not to mention 4 more rounds). I've been debating about getting it refinished since the blue has all but worn off. Here's a video of how I carry it.

Middle: Taurus M85SSUL - 2nd Primary gun (weak side)
Bottom: S&W M681 - Winter primary gun

In winter, the M13 moves to weakside, and the Taurus moves to my coat pocket.

smith 649

.357 649 Smith & Wesson. Offending lock disabled. :D

Rides in either a Fobus paddle or DeSantis Nemesis pocket.
Buffalo Bore 125gr. gold dot .38 +P
Hogue Kingwood checkered monogrip. Gives me a better grip
than the rubber Bantam grips I had on previously and the wood does not
hang up on my shirt.

Usually the G26/Watch6, haven't carried the USP9/C-tac in a while, sometimes a USP45f in a Galco Concealable
HST+p or DT GD with the 45

ev239--I can't carry like that. I have to keep it slightly forward of my hip, because even my hipbones don't poke out as much as it does. :D

This one has a 59(?)-series mag in it. 15+1, so I don't yet keep a backup mag. But I hardly notice I'm wearing it most of the time I am.

For something at least 20 years old, this thing really surprises me how well it works. Now I just need to repaint the sights, maybe get the barrel crowned...

As for the finish... Leave it. I might refinish the levers on mine because they've picked up some smooth rust, but I can't figure out how to get the safety lever off. This thing has holster wear and a couple scratches that I won't give up for the world. It's a carry veteran and it should look the part.

I really like the Operator. I do have a question for you Vanilla Gorilla. Is your Operator the old style or the new style. THe reason I ask is that I have seen different rail lengths.

Mine is the old style, that has now been discontinued. Had to have an IWB holster custom made for it. The weight out from helps quite a bit. 200 grain target loads feel like only slightly more than a .22.

I recently received a UBG IWB custom IWB ordered a little while back. No pics yet but I'm wearing it now.

Most of the time M&P 9 in UBG IWB holster. Sometimes OWB in a bladetech for open carry (or just owb concealed).
