What to carry... what to carry?

The laundry list is long... depending on what mood I'm in and where I'm going.

I carry a model 39 Smith & Wesson sometimes, an SR-9 sometimes, a Model 4006 (or two), Beretta and LLama .380's, S&W Model 28 .357, and my personal favorite... a Bulgarian Makarov in 9x18. I also keep a .22LR Bobcat in my pocket, just for hard times.

I'm a firm believer in keeping plenty of clips as well... with my SR-9, I can carry a box of ammo in my gun and two clips... so when you carry... carry plenty.

Like the one armed sheriff's deputy in the movie "Ungorgiven"... I don't want to get killed for a lack of shootin' back...

I carry a "primary" and a backup most of the time... old LEO training and keep one in the car "just in case" when I'm travelling (extra).

For holsters, I usually use Tagua quick draw holsters for large weapons and inside the pants for .380's and smaller guns. I keep the pocket pistols... uh, in a pocket...

9mm- 147 HST or 124 +P Gold Dot
.40- 180 Golden Saber or 180 Gold Dot or 155 Ranger non-T series
.45- was 185 Golden Saber, now it's gonna always be 230 +P HST. Those things are mean!

Cool weather/nightime carry is my Sig 229 with the .357 barrel option. I prefer the .357 Sig over the .40 in general and since I have both barrels for this gun I practice with the .40 but carry the .357 Sig as my defensive round.

Primary Carry: Polish P64...the one pistol I trust above all others to 'get the job done.' Shoots tiny little groups with 100% reliability! Either a Fobus Paddle (made for Sig P220) or a Bianchi IWB.

XD .40 Sub is the primary carry. Sometimes carry XD 9 Service.

Use a Crossbreed Supertuck IWB for both and love it.

Ruger LCP as an "ALWAYS" carry. May add something bigger for when I can conceal more, but will still carry the LCP as a BUG. Probably going to add either a Glock 26 or a Kahr P9. I also have a spurless hammer Ruger SP101 that I carry occasionally.

I carry one, love it. Pretty much tore the 10 ring out on my CCW test @ 7y (yeah, I know...7 yards), but I can keep them under fist sized at 25.

I can hide it in just about anything, including a T shirt/shorts.

I use the Pierce pinky extension on my mags though

Here's mine.

That is a S&W M28-2 that was rebored and rifled to 45.

A M25-2 cylinder was fit to the frame and it rides in a Safariland holster. (Previously I had it in a Bianchi 5BH.)
