What do you do when you can't spend cash on guns?

Hey all! So I've decided to take summer college courses so I can get my degree earlier. Unfortunately this'll come out of my gun fund big time so aside from the odd box of ammo I won't really be spending any cash on gun related things until fall. On the bright side that's when all the panic related issues are supposed subside.

My question is: What do you do when you can't spend money on your guns or procurring more guns THR?

I've had to shop a bit harder but I'm spending money on guns at fair retail just fine. I'm waiting for deals on rifles that no one has ammo for. :)

I've considered more archery and pellet gun practice. We'll see what summer brings.

I'm about done buying guns for awhile, having all my bases covered (but if I find a good deal on a stripped lower, I'm on it), so it's mostly down to mags and ammo where I can find them.

My "fun" car frequently enjoys the benefits of my extra income combined with guns and ammo shortages.
The cylinder head and turbo alone that are waiting to go on it were $5k+ (paid $800 for the car, lol)
I decided to restart my business on a part time limited basis, while slowly preparing to expand big time...that has eaten up a lot of my extra income, replacing equipment that had deteriorated from use, and from absence of use.

I think I am done buying guns for a while, I need to buy another gunsafe more than I need another gun. My plan is to focus on optics and reloading supplies when I spend any more money on gun related goods

All archery - in a current mode of teaching my kids to be experts with their bows before they get to shoot the .223 (they've already done 22lr).

All kidding aside, education is as important (if not more) to obtain first. Get a good job, bankroll the discretionary cash and then build the arsenal!

You wait and hold. Wait for better market conditions. Spend limited amounts on ammo once in a while to have some fun.

I just bought a .177 air rifle since I cant find any .22lr.
3$ gets me 1500 bbs and a few hours of target practice with a soda can in the back yard.

OP, don't worry about guns right now. Nothing is going away anytime soon. Concentrate on getting your degree and finding a good job. Then if you manage your money properly you can buy all the guns and ammo you want.

Do as you wish, but I'd get a job, move to where the opportunities are at. I watch the Amish here with an 8th grade education make $60,000 to over $100,000 a year.

I read in one of the gun rags the following advice when the same type question was asked: "buy a good, well-made gun, spend the rest of your money on bullets and become proficient." buy what you can afford, get your education so you can plot out your future where you want to go, get a better paying job and then you can buy however many guns you want.

Save money, so I can buy more when prices come down and have a better job to spend more.

It's spring time so fishing and mountain biking take up a lot of my time now.

I need to lose weight so I'll be riding the mountain bike as much as possible. I should be up to 40 to 70 miles a week (all off road) by June. On the weekends I go to the lake. If the weather is good I'll camp on the river to get some additional fishing time. I guess I'll be spending a little money on camping gear...I need a new sleeping bag...I almost froze last time I went.

I'm not sweating the gun stuff. I have plenty of guns and I wouldn't want to add anything at these prices anyway.

Now is the perfect time if you don't have a good supply of emergency supplies (food, water, seeds, medical supplies, etc.) to stock up. I don't mean that anything is pending, just that it's good to be prepared and like having insurance or money in the savings account, you can rest a little more at ease knowing you're covered.

Also, crossbows.. :D
