What gun does the woman in your life have?

Well, she seems to have permanently "borrowed" my P7 M8, and uses the first person plural possessive in relation to it with somewhat disturbing frequency. I am glad she has taken an interest in shooting, and I would get her anything she likes to shoot . . . but I wouldn't have minded if she had chosen something a little less expensive to like!

Taurus 650 CIA (.357 snubby) and Kel-tec P-32.

She loves both guns but rarely carries the larger Taurus "unless there is increased risk".

BTW - She carries with .38 +P in the Taurus. While she can handle .357 loads (and occasionally carries them - hiking, etc), she likes the lower recoil and faster follow-up shots of the +P.

I've got a Kahr P9--just put on new Agrips! Every girl's gun should have a little black dress. Will be doing the CCW thing as soon as my new holster arrives.

Also have my dad's old Ruger revolvers: New model Single Six and old model Blackhawk. The former's great for introducing friends to shooting.

Also liked the XD-9 Sub--a lot.

No woman in my life right now, but my younger sister has developed a interest in going shooting. Ill start her off with my buckmark, but shes already saying that my 1911 with alumagrips is really pretty! She thinks my polymer guns ares just ok though.

She's a wheel-gun lady...

So all my autos are relatively safe. I made the mistake of passing up a NIB Sphinx AT-380 at a gunshow...then stupidly told her about it. (The only auto she wants) Let's just say...it wasn't pretty. Having to get up to THIS "" every morning for a month was pretty awful. She's got wheel-guns out the...well, you know. However, I do know that today she left with a custom Taurus
Multi-Alloy 85 with Crimson Trace laser grips. (She doesn't really need the laser grips though. Tis' true--women ARE better shots.<shrug>) She's looking for something in .45 Colt. I'm standing in the background. It's for the best.
She also carries this wicked looking Benchmade folder in her purse. I think it's a model 850, but I'm not sure about that. It's a pretty big knife.

Will

Biggest Mistake of my life was lefting my Sphinx AT-380. If I ever find another I will dig hard and deep for the money. Right now the wife is getting aquainted with her new Taurus 650 and some mildly stout reloads.
