Cheapy Italian single shot 410 w/ 30 in barrel and full choke. 1978-ish. Although I'm thinking of having the barrel cut down and permanently loaning it to my mom since she needs something for snakes during the spring planting season when the plows kick them up.

Glock 19 since 1998. My pickup date (this was in CA which had and has a 10-day wait) was New Year's Eve of that year. I remember it well because I tried to buy ammo for it at Wal-Mart that evening in anticipation of taking it out the following day to shoot, and they wouldn't sell me any.

I got a Winchester model 250 lever action .22 for Christmas back in 1971 (12 yrs old). Still have it. Was never super impressed by it. But, it was my first gun, so I'll never get rid of it.

Winchester Model 12 12ga. I purchased in 1962 at 13 years of age, with my own money. It was well used but solid at the time. Paid $40 for it.

The gun I have owned the longest is my 6" Royal Blue Colt Python. My dad got it for me in March 1979. I was working as an armed security officer and had borrowed an old H&R revolver in 38 S&W from him. I treasure that Python even today.

Savage .410 with the buttstock sawed in half. It was given to me by what I call my Uncle at the ripe old age of 6.

ruger 10/22. I have had it for 14 years now. Guns have came and gone from my collection, but that rifle I will not let go of. I couldn't tell you how many thousands of rounds that have gone through that gun, but the count is extremely high!

Me, myself, it is a Stevens 311 G, 20 gauge SxS 26" barrels.

Me, my family, that I inherited, is a Winchester 52b .22lr that my dad received on his first B-day January 1 1940. It was a gift from his Godfather.

A Navy Arms 1858 Remington revolver, bought (on layaway) during the summer of 1973. I was a security guard at a logging road building camp and I wanted something with a bit more presence than my first purchased firearm - an R/G-14 with an inch-and-a-half barrel.

I'd found guns before that, but Dad had always snagged and sold them whenever he was short on cigarette money.

interesting topic, mine is a Pietro Beretta AL1 12 gauge shotgun which was purchased around 1973...

Ruger 10/22. Bought it a few months after my 18th birthday. Been shooting my father's guns longer than that, but that was my first gun.

I have an old model Browning Challenger.I bought it new in the early 70's.It is still a tack driver, and feels like an extension of your arm.

An old single shot .410 with a 26" barrel and the stock chopped to fit me when I actually hunted with it. Got it for christmas 1994, 2 months before my 6th birthday. It quitely resides in the safe for now, untill I have a young'n to pass if on to.

A Savage .22 Model 64F that I bought just a few weeks before I enlisted back in 2005... it started my collection off and it's snowballed from there.

Got sprayed by a skunk because of that little gun, oh the memories... lol
