AUSMCE5 -- you just pulled off a pretty impressive thread resurrection.

Anyway:
Beretta 92FS + Streamlight M3X, loaded with 127g +p+ Rangers.
If my girl is over, her Kahr K9 is on the other side.

My Springfield 1911 is in the room, but not quite reachable from the bed.

Well until Brownell's delivers my new extractor it's NOT an FEG hi-power clone.

It's a 50's vintage Colt Commander full of 230 gr hydrashocks.

70 Series Colt Commander .45 loaded with Winchester 230 grn SXT (3 mags). (and a S&W model 36 that I carry all day).

1918.jpg

At the moment it's a 1917 Colt riding in a 1918 holster - good enough for grandpappy ... good enough for me!

... but I change them out fairly often - lots of good vintages!:what:

Springfield Armory 45 Mil Spec loaded with Federal 230 grain hyra-shoks, 2 spare 8 round mags. Maglight. 2 dogs, wife that is light sleeper.

On my Nightstand is my Kimber Series I Classic Royal w/ 185gr. +p Federal Hydrashoks.

Nearby in my desk drawer is my HK P2000. God I love this gun.

I'm starting to become a huge fan of polymer pistols...

PX4 with 18 Hydrashoks in it, and 17 more in the mag next to it. An M3 strapped to it if I feel like it, otherwise about a bazillion and six flashlights of varying badassity are at hand on just about every surface in the place. Also close at hand is a Mossberg 590 with nine rounds of double ought buckshot in it and a very nice Paul Chen katana on a stand on the window on the other side of the bed. And a WW2 vintage Mauser bayonet that was a take home in an M1's bayonet sheath (near as I can figure) has been sitting below the sword stand as of late, because I'm too damn lazy to put it away.

In my V-Line Safe in my nightstand sits:

SIG 220ST, W / Insight M3, 230 grain Golden Sabers, one spare mag, and a SF Z2.

Chuck
