What's in your nightstand?

Just wondering what firearms related stuff you keep in your nightstand, if any? In my top drawer I have just the important stuff:

Beretta 92 w/ night sights
2 15-round magazines
Surefire Commander 8AX flashlight
Gerber folding knife

Bottom drawer:

Ton of junk

I have no kids, and no friends/family that come over on a regular basis. But if I know folks are coming over, I can just put the 92 in my safe.

I don't have a drawer in my nightstand, but hidden very nearby is either an S&W Model 28 .357 or a CZ-40.

There's also a nice, heavy 6 Cell Maglight hidden where I can reach up and grab it to bonk somebody on the head if I had to.

Lets see: Pens, paper, Tom Clancy novel, KABAR, 12 mags on a belt, 2 .45 1911's in sholder holsters, grenades, remote detonator for the claymores, remote for the roof-top Phalanx gun-battteries, contained quantum singularity, ectoplasm trap, investment portfolio of illegal Cayman Islands Offshore Bank, the Library of Congress, a futureistic computer with all the Alphabet Soup's secret files (Wow, the ATF secretly admires Tamara. WHo knew? ), an RPG with 100rds, 12ga pump, 100rds of 00buck, 100rds #8shot, 100rds Fletch, 100rds HE, 100rds DUsabot, Loyal Attack Ferret, Romulan Mind Reading Device, tinfoil , 12-pack of MRE's, Kitchen sink, 10gallons of water, and 5 pairs of BDU's.



Wait, you asked what I currently have. Not what I want. Umm, I have a pair of socks, and a bunch of shedded Beagle fur (thanks Betsey...).

A surefire tack light, a Taurus M669 .357 mag and two speedloaders. Revolver and speed loaders are loaded with rounds of Federal Personal Defence ammo. That my side of the bed. My wife on her side has a tack light and a 5 shot .357 DAO.

My CCW - Wilson Combat CQB Compact - come off of the belt in the evening right into my night stand and stays there until it's time to go back on the belt. There's also a spare magazine and a flash light there, among other junk.

well, I don't have a nightstand, per se, just a glass-topped end table. I try to keep uncluttered, so all there is is a Beretta 92F + a spare magazine (preban, of course), my Kahr MK40 in a holster, assuming I've taken it off of my belt, an Inova Emissive Energy 5-LED flashlight, and my clock radio. well, there's a copy of Harry Turtledove's "American Empire-The Center Cannot Hold" on there now, too.



I suppose, in retrospect, that it's cluttered afterall. hmm...
