Any single action(mine is a Ruger BH .30 Carbine w/4 5/8" barrel) and a .22 will work just fine.
A nice little lever-action carbine(mine is an M92 .256 Magnum w/ 21" barrel)and a .22 will work just fine.

ScatchnDent ~ That's one I really like. I have one kind of like it only it's 45LC/45ACP, dual cylinder so it is on the larger frame but with a similar style grip. Great fun although the internal workmanship is a bit marginal in places.

Nevmavrick ~ That .256 lever sounds like a great weapon. I used to have a Contender in .256 used for shooting Silhouette back in the seventies. Can you still find .256 ?
