What Handgun suprises you that it is not more popular?

I've been reading up on CZ's. I think I might want one but I have NEVER found one in a local store. One poor confused fellowed tried to tell me I was talking about a Makarov. oyy..... made my head hurt.

10mm's in general. S&W decockers i.e. - 1076, 4026, 4576, 5926 and 6926.

CZ's by far and away. These are really very nice guns, well made and a great bargain for the money. However, I rarely see them at most gun shops. Maybe I am frequenting the wrong places!

I have an 85 Combat in Satin Nickel and I think it is better gun than my BHP, circa 1985. While I love my Browning, I really think the CZ I had to order in 2001 is as well or better made. It is more accurate for sure. While my BHP is the prize of my collection, I really like the CZ. I just don't think enough people know what a nice gun the CZ is.

CZ's, of course. Excellent in all respects - I don't know why they aren't among the biggest sellers in the American market. They're handsome, reliable, accurate, can go cocked and locked or DA, soft-recoiling, have great ergonomics and are less expensive than most quality pistols.

Among the departed: Star BM, BKM, and Firestar. Great little 1911-style guns, without the silly grip safety and high price.

The 41 mags and the 10mm's. Why are there not more guns chambered for these two great cartridges?

I second that emotion

Definitely, CZ. I find it hard to imagine anyone has passed over a Kahr, Sig or Browning, but CZs really are leaps and bounds ahead of anything priced remotely near them. It's true! :D
