What is the source of domestic anti-Americanism?

Exactly! If it is anti-American to not support the Guy In Charge, then the Framers need to go to the top of the list.

Now, is there a latent civil liberty issue here? Sure. Namely, 'is it OK to disagree with the president/government in time of war' and the subsequent debates about what defines war, etc. However, this is lost in the noise of "what's up with the America haters?", which is not an on-topic discussion.
