I need to revise my answer from earlier. I had posted Makarov, but two days ago my wife bought me a Glock 43. I don't have a holster yet and I need to shoot it some to test for reliability with my carry ammo (I'm thinking 124gr XTPs), but I can easily see this becoming my new favorite. I'll probably still carry the Mak every now and then though. Yes I'm replacing it as my primary but I still have a VERY high opinion of Makarovs

lcp when i go out in exercise attire. nano everywhere else. glock model 30 if i'm going somewhere i feel has extra 'danger'.

Two of the best warm weather guns I carry are an LCP, with modifications, in a Hunter holster and a SP101 2.25" in a Simply Rugged Pocket holster. They both fit in the right front jean pocket without printing and give me a choice of 8 380s or 5 357 mags.
In coat weather my mountain Revolver or Colt Officers are probably with me.

Spring/ summer - switching over to Colt Commander. Hardly feel it's there in a Milt Spark VMII or Galco V Hawk.

Current favorite is my shield. I find it accurate and easy to carry and fun to shoot. I will eventually get a Glock 43. If I can shoot it as accurate from contact to 25 yards and it's as reliable as my shield it may replace it

Glock 26 gen 4
kahr CM9
Nothing could replace the 26. I may get a 43 soon. It would have to be a heck of a shooter to replace My CM9.

My new Browning 1911-380. First one bought in Oklahoma. Got it on April fools day.

Glock 42

Right now my favorite for CCW is the GLOCK 42. It is compact enough that I can conceal it, yet is comfortable and accurate to shoot. It has the usual GLOCK attributes of simplicity and reliability.

It has replaced my classic GERMAN made WALTHER PPK.

Depending on the clothes I'm wearing, either my Kel-Tec P-11 in a Tagua FBI style belt slide or an Essex 1911A1 Govt. In a Kydex paddle holster.
