What knife are you carrying today?

My knives are still all packed up after moving but the one I kept out is my desert tan BM Griptilian. It's had a lot of use this last 6 weeks!

20161109_185805.jpg Emerson fullsize Commander been carrying it for I believe 8 years now. A Leatherman Skeletool and a small Busse fixed blade I've been carrying off and on for 16 years.

I carry a Kabar Dozier 3" folder in a sheath on my belt. I use the darn thing daily for all kinds of tasks. I'd feel lost w/o it.

Same knife I've carried every day for about 10 years, a Benchmade Mini-Griptilian with D2 blade. Its my everyday carry, work, play, screw around knife. It gets a lot of use and looks beat-to-hell but it keeps ticking.

Light today with a Kershaw Knockout. It is actually my favorite even over my Benchmade Auto.

Most days it's a spyderco endura. I also like the Victorinox one handed trekker quite a bit, too.

I don't do very well remembering to transfer my knives from jacket to jacket (light jacket, work jacket, heavy jacket, winter coat) So I just have a knife or knives for each one. If I don't do it that way I walk out of the house with nothing but a a tiny keychain knife (and a gun, but still...)

I have a dress jacket that I wear to work on chilly days and I didn't have a knife for it. I was at Walmart and they had the CRKT M16 01s for around 16 bucks.

I once bought a Tac-Force 803 a long time ago based on this YouTube review, saying it was a good deal, (It wasn't a good deal):

The reviewer was completely wrong. After 4 minutes of me practicing (playing) with it, the thing loosened up so much it was ready to fall apart. Then a few days later the spring snapped.

Well anyway... even though the quality was crappy, I liked the ergonomics of the blade and it was a knockoff of the CRKT M16.

So I saw a real CRKT M16 at Walmart for 16 bucks, I thought it was a good deal so I picked one up to throw in my dress jacket. I like the knife so far. The knock off wasn't quite half the price but the real thing is easily 10 times better quality-wise.

Boker Urban Trapper, titanium frame lock, VG-10 blade, 1.7 oz. I'm really liking it for office carry.
