I prefer my good old fashioned TRR8.

Wait…what? I’m almost speechless. Never saw a revolver set up like this.
So I’m not gonna judge. You be you. I am good with the light, but….ummm….AR iron sights? I can’t rationalize that. Does that really work?
And to answer the OP question, I don’t choose to use a revolver for HD.
LOL. I think that was a "zinger" and went over a few heads.Lol nah I just added those as a joke. Honestly though...they actually seem like they would work pretty good if I adjusted them right.

LOL! Went over mine for sure!LOL. I think that was a "zinger" and went over a few heads.
Me? I use the Glock 17 reimagined "revolver" that I carry.
Well, I thought maybe, but felt kinda like asking a lady if she's pregnant and find out she's just chubby...don't want to be rude.LOL. I think that was a "zinger" and went over a few heads.

Honestly kinda surprised. I figured there would be more home defense revolvers out there. Jokes aside, I think the TRR8 is a great option.
My only issue is that DA trigger. The SA is amazing. Better than some of the best SAA clones I've had. This DA though...it's something. It's great for a Smith. Performance Center definitely made a difference.
I'm just personally used to the Colt DA pull and I prefer it by a country mile. Unfortunately, they don't show much interest in making an 8 shot 357 with rails.
