Handgun:
auto: Beretta 98 FS mod. Brigadier, inox finished, cal. 9X21 - sold
revolver: F.lli Pietta SAA repro, mod. 1873, cal .45 LC - I still own it

Rifle: Savage mod. 64 F, cal. .22 LR - my first and last rifle, it's still mine

Shotgun: semiauto Breda mod. 1970, cal. 12 gauge (12/70 or 2 1/2") - sold

Ruger 10/22

Bought it when I was 17 with the proceeds of my summer job. Well, mom had to actually buy it for me because I was a minor. Still have that little beauty.
My latest gun is a Ruger Special Edition New Vaquero for my wifes birthday.

Assuming pellet rifles don't count (nice old .22 caliber Benjamin Franklin, though)...

My current S&W 469 9mm. Used to be somebody's carry piece to judge by the wear on it, the safety and slide catch could use a reblue, but I can't for the life of me find anything it won't eat.

Looking for a first rifle. One of the commie guns. :D

First rifle: 12 gauge shotgun.
First handgun: S&W Model 19; Christmas present from my wife probably close to 30 years ago.

S&W model 10, nickel finish, 4" barrel with fake ivory grips. Came with a black leather, basketweave duty holster, at the princely sum of $150.00. (actually that was the equivalent of one months rent in my life in 1977...)

First one

The first firearm I purchased was a Remington 597 .22. Thousands upon thousands of misfeeds, and pickyness about ammo later, I wish I had started out with a Ruger 10/22. :fire: It did serve it's purpose though (mostly a stress reliever after taking exams in college) It still made cans, paper targets, and the occasional malfunctioning t.v./microwave dance around pretty good. :D

Lithgow Model 12B from an Uncle when I was 11.

Betcha most of you blokes have never even heard of the Lithgow 12!

First revolver was a Taurus, Model 83. Nickel plated, POS. Absolutely horrible gun. Bought it 2 days after my 21st birthday

First semiauto was an AMT Hardballer. Almost as bad as the Taurus.
