My current S&W 469 9mm. Used to be somebody's carry piece to judge by the wear on it, the safety and slide catch could use a reblue, but I can't for the life of me find anything it won't eat.

First one

The first firearm I purchased was a Remington 597 .22. Thousands upon thousands of misfeeds, and pickyness about ammo later, I wish I had started out with a Ruger 10/22. It did serve it's purpose though (mostly a stress reliever after taking exams in college) It still made cans, paper targets, and the occasional malfunctioning t.v./microwave dance around pretty good.
