In Oklahoma if you are a permit holder you automatically assume anyone elses right to defend themselves if they are in dire circumstances i.e. robbery.I was under the impression that you had to remove yourself from the threat 1st and foremost, if possible....
I always bought it for my "carbine"I bought my first handgun the day I turned 18, a used Kimber 1911. At 18 years old you can own a handgun (inherited, bought, gift). Federal law, however, limits the purchase of new handguns to individuals 21 and over.
Catch of it is ... at 18, yes you can own a handgun, but try buying ammo for it!
What if they shot you on their way out of the store, took your car, went to your house and started posting misleading responses on threads at THR? For all we know you could be a gang banging imposter. All because you didn't help out the clerk at the convenience store.Quote:
