19....

been shooting since age 4-5 some where around there started out with my uncles old lever action bb gun i found in my grandpa's attic. First firearm was a N.E.F pardner 12 ga at age 12. Started blasting old pumpkins in the backyard and the occasional whistle pig that may have wondered into the garden. Hunted deer with it for my first 3 years of deer hunting. Now I have a few guns i shoot every chance i get and some i have just because.

started shooting when i was 13 and i am now 18 and between my father and I own enough firearms for every person in the family to have 3.

I'm 40. Just started shooting firearms about a month ago.

I had a BB gun as a teenager, but it's not the same.

Almost 18 been shooting since I was 11 or 12 cant remember. Got my first real firearm (not a bb or pellet gun) at age 15.

23. Learned to shoot (pellet gun) at 6. Shot my first shotgun (youth 20 guage) at 8-ish, .22 Browning lever gun soon afterwards.

To this day, I still love lever guns. The Browning .22 lever gun is one of the most beautiful works of art I've handled :)

23/18 I was given a .22lr for my fifth b-day. Been throwing lead ever since.
Plinking, idpa, 3-gun, sharp-shooter matches, and job related.
Any chance I get i'm behind a trigger.

23, and I've only been shooting since I was 18. Always had a bit of an interest in firearms, but my dad wasn't the type to take the kids out do stuff. When I was 18, I was up in my parent's room while they were cleaning the closets out and dad pulled out my granddad's old Enfield and a Marlin .22. I asked him if I could take 'em to a local range, he said sure, the rest is history. BTW, I now own both of those rifles.

I'm 42. Occasionally shot my dad's guns when I was a kid in the 70's. I didn't take a serious interest until about 20 years ago when my older brother got into shooting and I started going to the range with him.

20 years old.

Started with paintball guns and pellet rifles/BB guns back when I was probably around 12, got introduced to actual firearms through boy scouts a couple years later, looking to start shooting as a hobby this summer.

I'm 45 now.
Started shooting BB guns and .22s at 12.
Got completely away from guns for a lot of years at about 18.
Got my first handgun at 32, first rifle at 38 and its all been downhill from there.

Started reloading this past winter.

Well I am 33, and I just started 1 1/2 years ago.

Always wanted to, just had VERY anti- parents. After I got married my wife proved a bit reluctant to have firearms in the house, although she is not entirely anti. Finally after some wearing down to her objections on safety in the house with children, I got my first rifle about 1 1/2 years ago.

Since then I have grown that little collection to 6 rifles. :) :)

I'm 58. Started shooting (hunting) at about 10. Got in to Bullseye while in the Navy (early .70's) and International right after that. Competed at the U.S. Shooting Team tryouts in Phoenix in 1981 and '83 and the Olympic tryouts in L.A. in '84. Got recalled to active duty in '85 which screwed up competitive shooting for a while. 10 points to go for my Distinguished Pistol Medal through the CMP. Still shoot Highpower when I have the time.
