....nickname from a previous career doing custom paint work on street rods, bikes, etc....now it's a sideline that bankrolls my gun hobby.

This is YaYa, she is , as you can see, a Rx-7. My true love.

I do excellent work.

Actually, the name stems from my '90 Notchback Mustang 5.0 5-Speed.

I keep the underscore in my name because it makes it easy to search for any postings quickly by searching on "Top_" . I use this call name on every board I register too.

Mine is pretty simple. I have used duck(duct) tape ingeniously a few times in my life. One time I covered my whole dash board with it.(1980 beater Chevy truck) Also used duck tape to hold the linkage together on the quadrajunk carburetor in it. Although that didn't work very good. Duck tape is like the force, it has a light side, a dark side and holds the universe together.

Mine comes from the Springfield Trapdoor, which was some times called longtom. The caliber is 45-70 so... Beside i own one, all original, made in 1888 don't know much else about it,like what unit it was issued to or the like,a weapon two numbers away was issued to the 3rd Nebraska Infantry for the Spanish-American war, so who knows.

The dawn of my internet experiences were when I was in about 6th grade. At that point, gastro-intestinal activity was *the hight* of humor. My friend made up a name having to do with such, and I followed suit.

I hate the name now. Absolutely hate it. I only keep it because it's what I use everywhere and I'm afraid I'll forget any new one I come up with.

I would love to change the name... I just don't really know what to.

Anybody got any ideas that are fitting to me?

Wes

I am an Instrumentation Tech. The company I currently work for classifies us as I/E, for Instrument/Electrical.:D

Mine is pretty self-explanatory. The "S" is for my last name, someone here beat me to "Zach," which is the name I use at 1911forum.com.

There was a thread on this subject awhile ago...F'd if I can find it. (How do you guys manage to search through the 40 billion threads here and come up with the right one?)

For the record...."Samurai Penguin" is what I tagged on myself to avoid taking my own opinions too seriously. Visualize...! :D

I'd like to say there was some deep hidden meaning or an acronym behind my name. Sorry! Truth is I just picked a word off the top of my head and stuck with it everywhere I go on the net.;) :D

mine is simply part of the arbitrary password that RoadRunner gave me when I signed up for their service. The way I remembered it was "My name is Joab Pik and I was born in 1825" For some reason that seemed easier than just changing the password. Any way it has become my default password and in this case user name
(I've since changed it so don't nobody try nothin)

For some reason, I'd overheard that day how all gun owners are "Bubbas". I'm as far from "Bubba" as you can get, if you make an exception for my waistline  . So, The Antibubba it was. maybe "Unbubba" is better?

Swim like a big fat duck, spend alot of time on my feet moving around, was a marine which the english commandos call "duckfoots"

Quack!!
