I've got a Remington 700 in .222 Remington Magnum. Its really only interesting because it is a dead cartridge. It is also expensive as all get out to shoot just for that reason.
I owned and shot a 1914 Savage Model 1899 takedown levergun in 22 high power(5.6x52R euro designation). 70gr bullet at around 3000fps. Neat gun but I sold it when I discovered it ws keyholing at 25yds and had excessive headspace. Ammo was too expensive anyway.
Probably the most uncommon caliber I've fired is 6mm PPC. Happened to be sharing the range with a very serious benchrest shooter and he let me fire off two shots with his rifle. I swear that trigger would break if you looked at it wrong!
