Looking at the scores, I'll throw my vote to the SiG P226. Amazing smooth trigger in both double and single action, right out of the box. Comfortable to shoot, accurate, and pretty spiffy looking.
Although my wife's 9 by 23 STI is pretty slick. With some spring swapping, it can run 9 by 19, 9 by 21, 9 by 23, and 38 Supercomp. Need to get a box of 9 by 18 and see if it will handle the baby 9mm too
I have a Beretta 9000fs and I love it. Fits like a glove and shoots better than I do. I may find something better but not till I catch up with this one. Easy to carry CCW too, and takes high cap. Mags.
Another vote for the BHP...for all the reasons already mentioned.
I have two , a '66 T-series , and a '94 FN . These are the only two pistols that I will (probably) never part with .
Mine is the Glock 34.... it has all the right stuff, right weight, right size, right capacity, right accessories, right trigger pull, it even has the right night sights! It's also accurate and easy to shoot fast and well.
CZ-75 or BHP, with the Sig P-228 yapping at their heels. The CZ does get a little bit more of a nod due to more options and the price compared to a BHP.
My favorite is the Ruger P95, my latest acquisition. Still testing loads, but so far it likes the Federal 147gr HS. I was shocked to put five out of five into the X ring with it.
