Its all in the pocket itself. Jean pockets can be tough for my tiny TCP yet a generous slash cut pocket can house my SCCY just fine.
I actually prefer my SCCY over say something like a shield.
Whereas a Shield is tall due to the single stack, the double stack of the SCCY makes it a 2 finger on frame grip.
While thicker it is shorter. Still only an inch wide so no problem in the "right" pocket.
