I've always got one or two handguns in my car, I sleep with one handy, but I don't carry in the workplace. There's no doubt I would lose my job if I'm outed. At the same time, it's inconvenient to rig up a larger carry piece just to go into the store or pump gas. I usually slip a Kel-Tec P32 into my pocket when doing those things, but I feel a little undergunned.
What are your experiences?

I feel sorry for you guys with workplace restrictions - it sucks. My son has same tho at least he can keep his piece in the car.

I am lucky - very lucky. Work for self, semi retired - and carry all the waking day. Only exception would be the very few no-no's in PA. Therefore my piece is on me - same as my wrist watch - morning till night.

I think you''slip-it-in-the-pocket'' KelTec approach is probably about best you can do - many folks do the same.

Retired and carry everywhere I would normally go except police or sheriff's offices, courthouses and schools. I figure the signs that some businesses including my own bank post saying no guns is for people who might want to rob them so I just ignore them.:uhoh:

I carry pretty much everywhere all the time. I don't normally go to anywhere that has firearms restrictions if I can help it. I can't carry at work, but my Glock is in my attache and is never more than a foot from me. On my second job, carry is part of the daily attire. I normally carry a G17 daily. Sometimes two 17's in the winter time. The least I will carry is a G23 for quick runs for gas\food, etc, or when I find the G17 a tad too large, which is usually summer time. I also own a G26 which would work better, but it's the wife's carry gun these days.
