Where do you keep your guns?

Most in a safe over 500 lb. Whoever posted about the electronic lock should search for preacherman's comments re prisoners and batteries and that type of lock.

I keep mine in a ~200lbs steel locker. It's large enough for my handgun, two rifles, and a couple of thousand rounds of ammo.

That would work in my house, as much as the wife uses it. Good idea for when the safe fills up with C&R purchases!

gun safes/storage

any suggestions on what to buy for a gun safe/storage option? I don't want, and don't have room for those huge gun safes that weight several hundred or a thousand lbs. I have 3 pistols, two shotguns, 2 old .22 cal rifles, another rifle. I live in the bay area in PRK.

Separate concrete walled room, thats why I purchased the house. But I allways thought surplus school lockers were a good "economy" solution.
