where do you keep your shotgun at night?

Currently, my handgun is the quickest for me to secure and retrieve in the middle of the night since it is right next to my pillow, in my handgun safe mounted on my bed frame.

My Beretta 1201FP is kept loaded with the safety on in my safe. If I get up and grab my handgun to investigate something, my wife will go the other direction toward the safe and get the shotgun.

I keep mine in the safe, it's the Full Moon that brings them out and the safe doors are closed and bolted.:)

Won't Geraldo be surprised when he opens that vault on TV? "Wha...? There's nothing in here but a rode-hard Mossberg 500!"

I keep one of them, a 12 gauge Mossberg 535 in my closet with a full mag, barrel empty.

Since I moved into an apartment, its the only long gun in the house. I took my rifles and shotguns to my dad's place.

I have the shotty and several pistols here at the apartment now. I didn't want the neighbors to see me carrying a dozen long guns up the stairs when moving in.

Keltech KSG 15rds of #4 Buck over the door on the inside of my walkin closet!:what::neener:

All my shotguns are kept unloaded in the safe. Only gun out for HD is my SIG P229R with a SIG STL900 laser/light on it.
