Not if the criminal has common sense. I mean, who carries in the shower?the odds of this happening at this exact time are unbelievably small.

Rail, how did you carry in swimwear? What did you do to clean the Glock afterward? I'd think chlorine would be bad for the gun. Also, did you have a plan to use the gun should it be needed, or would you have just fired with water in the barrel?
Oh, and how would other polymer pistols, i.e. M&P, XD, FNS hold up in that situation?
http://www.dlsports.com/underwater_handgun_shooting.htmlThat's interesting, rail driver, but I wouldn't want to shoot my firearm when it's been in the pool without at least seeing someone else do the same with the same model (well, close enough, i.e. if I have a S&W M&P compact, seeing someone do it with a full of the same caliber would work for me) or testing it myth-busters style...i.e. with a string around the trigger from 10 feet away.

Carrying while wrestling with your grand children is way different than carrying while with your grand children. IMO you should disarm yourself while horseplaying with them. [snip]
A clever criminal might wait for that light to come on in the frosted bathroom window, and hear the shower water running, then come in
There are things you can do, door wedges, portable alarms, and yap yap dogs can be annoying, but they can make noise when you need it.

BG waiting for you in the bathroom! The only time I don't generally carry is from bed to the toilet in the morning, and since my bathroom is off my bedroom, it's a short trip.
Only if it matches your shoes. Some of you pooh-pooh the fanny pack, but remember, I can wear it anywhere, with anything.
