First: The guns you have chosen are all fairly decent. The P6, PF9, or even the Kahr would be a decent choice for a single stack.
I would pick the XD Subcompact in 9mm or .40 Where can you get it for $455 otd? Sign me up!
The XD-9 subcompact I have fired ate everything we gave to it even the flat nosed soft points that my CZ-75 choked on.

DawgFvr, I will agree all day long that the G26 is a great pistol, but FOR ME, it's kind of like a red headed step child for concealed carry. Way too big/fat for any of my pockets and I can just as easily conceal IWB my G19, which has 5 more rounds. I sold my G26 but kept my airsoft one for play/practice. It is the same dimensionally in every way as a real G26. Note the size difference between it and the Kahr PM9, which I pocket carry every day..
I like a Glock 26 (especially with the +2 extensions, since they give my fingers more gripping area), but I love my S&W 908. Within the limitations of a single stack, it does everything as well as any of my nines and better than most. The only time I'll consistently choose my Glock or CZ is when I'm travelling overnight and can carry more ammo in the same number of magazines.
