I carry my G26 everyday in a galco ankle glove. It works just fine. I don't walk funny or feel it move at all.
 
Making the intersection of optimal size and optimal capacity the biggest issue, I actually voted for the Taurus PT-111. Only the PPS and the LC9 are more "concealable," but rather than 7 rounds, the PT-111 holds 12.
 
Slim profile and single stack may be more suitable as a bug.
