rem 700 in 308 is my favorite of the ones on your list because it is very accurate and delivers an appropriate amount whoop-ass for my purposes.

The folks with AR's - i'm a bit jealous but leery of their pricing. Kinda hard to swallow - im out in Kalifornistan and 1k+ for a decent compliant AR seems ridiculous. Hats off to those of you that got in on them while they were cheap /clap + thumbs up

I was only able to create 20 options, and I was only interested in common modern military-style rifles. Although the Garands are not very modern, I included them because they still seem to be rather popular. I'm not interested in knowing the popularity of lever-actions, or the popularity of bolt-actions other than the Remington 700 - which is widely used by U.S. military and police in a variety of configurations.

I only buy riffles for hunting and bench shooting if it can't do .5 moa or better it is not on my list, there are few AR's which can do this and Barret as well.

I was interested in having an estimation of the actual commonality of the firearms listed for the purpose of being able to share parts, mags, and ammo during a future crisis situation in which many patriots may have to band together to fight a foreign or domestic enemy. I am glad to see that AR's would be in widespread use, and that 7.62x39 would be readily available.

I own a fal an hk 91 a rem 700 300 win mag a ruge 10/22 a single shot 223 a rem 600 222 mosin nagant 761x54 out of them I think my 10/22 is the fav. why no savages you know they rank with the 700s and no where near the price
