Thanks for all the advice!
I've shot all the Glocks you've talked about. I don't like Glock. For me, personally, they're not comfortable to shoot(19, 26, 30). I've had the same problem with the S&W MP's. I hate the triggers and they're not comfy. I have a Taurus MilPro right now, PT111 in 9mm and thats the reason I'm looking to upgrade. The one Taurus I've shot has convinced me to never buy another Taurus. I don't like the XD line because of the plethora of safeties, mainly the Glock style trigger safety. Personal thing, yeah, but I don't like it. I've also carried a Hi-power, and shot it extensively. It was a friend's CCW piece. It was a bit big for me for a carry piece on my 5'10" frame. My buddy is 6'4" and it fit him well. I would love to have one, but it would be a range/HD weapon only, not a carry gun.
For legalities, I'm in TX, so not really a worry.
I'll admit, that my choices are based on a few personal and completely subjective criteria. One is that I can't afford a range gun apart from a carry gun. I only own 2 pistols right now, and one is a Beretta 1934 which is a collector quality war trophy and is a safe queen. I'm a rifle guy so my handguns are limited. I like kel-tec, so I should have listed the P-11. A friend has one and I enjoyed shooting it.
Another personal thing is I want a rail. The RAMI doesn't have one while the P01 does. They're both CZ so I consider them similar. The P99 has one, as well as both the Sigs.
