Everybody will need to bring ICE, lots of drinks, something for your breakfast, and something to add to the Pot Lucks. Plates, napkins, and plastic ware will be needed. If you don't cook you could bring this kind of stuff. Just let me know.

If you are staying with us in the competitors housing you will need to bring towels they furnish sheets and pillows. It's basic housing NOT a hotel.

The competitors housing has small kitchens with coffee pots and small refrigerators, but no other cooking utensils.

Lunch: Sandwiches - Pot Luck. Bring whatever you want. Just more time to get to know each other.
Chips and Sandy's Salsa

Dinner: Pot Luck Dinner.
We will bring Ham and Potatoes.

Breakfast - Again on your own.

Lunch: Since most people will have to check out early to go home. We will have sandwiches again. And maybe any leftovers we have.

If you have any other ideas please let us know.

Please call anybody you know to see if they are coming. The more the merrier.

Is everybody fixed for housing?
Let me know if you need help.

Can't get enough.

Evidently the hill people in Denver don't I had the hardest time getting plain yellow mustard in restaraunts during my time there.

Sandy, I sent you a PM with questions.

Some of the worst restaurants I have ever eaten at were in Denver and the suburbs. They do have some awesome Mexican food though.

Arkie, I would really like it if you could bring my very best friend. She lives in Rogers Ark.

Warren, would you like to bring some of the paper plates or plastic ware? If you do just let me know so I don't have to get them.

Bratch, STOP trying to make trouble with the mustard. I'm trying my best to get you guys organized! All I need now is for Steve to get into this mess of mustard.

I swear I'm going to bring my frying pan.

I'm bringing plasticware, plates and napkins.

I also have a surplus of ketchup. Should I bring a bottle?

This thread needs to be stickified.

That's like putting a sign on it that says: Don't Read This!.

Sure, bring ketchup, munchies, what have you. Nobody's going to want to sit down for lunch, so if we just have sandwich makings and munchies, people can come and go as they please. We're bringing some of our famous dill pickles and pickled red beets, along with what's left of the salsa stash.

Those of you staying in our housing, Sandy is trying to PM everybody with their confirmation numbers. If you don't get that, just tell them at the gate that you are in the Ashcraft housing. They should issue your linens and let you in.

Pay attention: The only thing Whittington furnishes are linens. Bring your own towels, soap, toiletries, etc.

And what is the actual street address of the NRAWC?

I had it somewhere but I've lost it and the only thibg I can fibd via google is their PO box.

Is this the main building where I put the thumbtack?

Thanks Zak. The GPS coordinates at the bottom of the image are for the entrance off 64. That's where my mouse pointer was when I grabbed the image.
