Nope. See that magazine in the pic? Its a bit blurry, but I'm pretty sure thats a 5.56 mag, not a 9mm. At least I'm pretty sure. I'd say for certain that the first is an MP7, which would be fitting.
It's definitely a rifle caliber mag, and 5.56 would be most logical. The AUG SMG conversion utilizes the quick change bbl. feature, and a receiver block to hold the pistol cal mags - http://www.steyr-aug.com/aug9mm.htmI'm pretty sure thats a 5.56 mag, not a 9mm.
