its sarcasm...I'll need someone to explain that also.
NidStyles, who told you SEAL teams have been moving away from HK firearms?
I suspect his local gun shop owner, who happens to be currently trying to sell him a economical $3000 Nighthawk, told him this information.NidStyles, who told you SEAL teams have been moving away from HK firearms?
I don't have a whole lot of time on the H&K platform, but several of my friends own and carry them. The H&K P30, just as an example, is very well made, very reliable, and amazingly accurate - noticeably more accurate than other service pistols, in fact.
Well put.Did you determine accuracy using a mechanical devise like a ransom rest? If not all you are really saying is that you are accurate with the P30 which might or might be true for anyone else.
IMHO one cannot claim that one pistol is more accurate than another if they have not examples from a rest.
HKs are fine guns. They are combat accurate and they have a high rate of reliability in adverse conditions. Only the individual can determine if it is overpriced.
HK is of a better quality than the XD
Didn't realize that holding a gun allows one to know what its made of. Baseless opinion is what that is.
quality is defined by personal preference .... I'd put a Toyota Tacoma 88 way above Ferrari in terms of quality. But to me quality is a truck that can withstand dirt, mud, water....it is not based on luxurious feel.A ferrari is of better quality than an 88 Toyota truck, however, that truck always starts, and runs... and runs, and runs...
