Normally use federal and CCI but local shortages have me looking at the above too. When they specify for both standard and magnum loads on the box, how magnum is that? Full charges of 2400 powder in 44 mag should ignite?

They ought to be plenty hot since Alliant doesn't actually recommend magnum primers for any of their .44 magnum 2400 loads.

ETA: The above is current data that I just took from the Alliant website.

IIRC don't the Win LPP say for magnum and standard loads?

They do currently list small pistol in magnum or regular but large pistol only lists regular, not magnum.

That might be true on the site but if you read the Winchester LPP box is specifically states for use with standard and magnum loads. They only manufacture one LPP suitable for all LP needs.

I specifically bought WLPP so I didn't have to stock both flavors of large primers with my usual CCI primers.
