I recently bought some 9mm ammunition and noticed the cases were 2-piece nickel plated Winchester headstamp. Anyone try to reload this yet?

They could be Shell Shock Technologies NAS3 cases with aluminum alloy base and nickel alloy tube.

Looks like special die is required to prevent separation of two piece design along with required lubing to reduce friction when resized case is extracted by shell holder but this reloading review used standard RCBS dies to successfully reload the two piece case several times - https://www.ammoland.com/2017/09/shell-shock-technologies-nas3-shell-cases/

Looks like it will be too much trouble to reload for me.

One of the comments on the tail end of the ammoland.com article mentioned pulling bullets. Wonder how the the two piece joint would hold up to bullet pullers, impact and/or press mounted.

Might be the best thing since sliced bread, but still looks like an answer searching for a question. ymmv

They can elongate some when used with a impact puller.

What ammo did you buy?
Local manufacturer had several boxes loaded with 124 Golden Sabers. I thought it was Winchester but taking a closer look it's "S3" stamped. Also bought some with Starline brass and 124 XTPs. I haven't fired any as I bought them for a friend. I might go back and get some for myself. $38 for a box of fifty isn't too bad considering most everyone else is out.

I got a box of Sierra 124gr 9x19 loaded in those cases. It was the only 9mm on the shelves at academy when a friend went looking. All 17 rounds fired and ejected out of my Steyr L9A1 and accuracy was good. I thought I would never be considering reloading 9mm but it’s nice to know if I decide to that it’s doable with these.

New manufacture. Try buying quality hollow points online when available and you will pay $40/50 rds easily plus shipping. I reload so I wouldn't bother but not everyone does.

If you sell ammo at shows--and I do--people are very leery of reloads.
