It'll go perfectly with my Scooby Doo fishing pole.

And my Scooby Doo pajamas! :D

Not so long ago, I would absolutely BAWK! at things like that. Now, I just find them amusing.
As another poster stated, they are doing it because it suits their taste, not yours or mine.

I'd have gladly bought my (late) wife a pink pistol if it would have got her into shooting. Or even a shotgun with Scooby Doo stocks.
Whatever floats yer boat!

Egads, this thing drug me into the shotgun section like a train wreck. To each their own, I guess. I'll rag on it, but won't tell them they shouldn't have it--aside from taste's sake.

But think about it. Most episodes of Scooby Doo involved a guy in a monster suit chasing old residents around and running them out from some area or another.

Now imagine throwing a shotgun into that formula.

Would have made the episodes a lot shorter. :p

Fact is ... there is more money spent on Sporting Clays, skeet and trap guns than on HD guns.

Keep the black crappy looking shotguns for your HD needs with the folding stocks, flash lights, bayonets, lasers, holo sights and 25 round side saddles, but talk ***** about something that really is very popular in shot gun sports.

Try going to a big NSCA shoot and look at all the 30" 32" and even 34" barrelled shotguns with fancy paint jobs.

So you don't like Scooby Doo on a shotgun. That dosen't mean it's stupid.

The guy that painted that stock done a Benelli stock for me a couple years ago. It was for my wifes Benelli Sport II 12 ga with 30" bbl. He painted it bubble gum pink with silver marble accents. And Id bet that on a sporting clays field, she will out shoot most of you on the forum. Yep, it's real funny till you get your ass beat by a girl with a pink shotgun.

Besides, that stock is for a Beretta 390. When was the last time you priced a 390 stock. Alone the stock would fetch $300. Add a $200 paint job to it and that makes it a deal. I think I paid $175 for the pink paint job.

And the second pic, the one called the worst one. Well thats a Perazzi shotgun. Since its not made by Remington or Mossberg, most of you wouldn't know anything about it. But do a little research on Perazzi shotguns. Can you say 10K and UP.

One thing is for sure, if you come across the guy shooting a $10,000 shot gun with a painted stock on the clays range, don't start betting your milk money that you with your Ruger Red lable and all natural wood stock will be able to shoot with him.

Now there are a few out there, like most of the Tacti-COOL crowd here that will buy a high priced painted up shot gun just to fit in.

I suppose all that made fun of these 2 stocks live in white houses and drive white cars just like their neibors do. I mean, why would you ever want to express yourself.

And to those who actually have a brain and can see the true beifits of having a gun that appeals to women and kids. Bravo.... it shows there are some real people on here instead of just sheep.

who's to say whats right or wrong ?
I am. that thing is wrong

I am so glad to have met you on here. I been wondering where the person who knows every frickin thing has been. And I see you are right here.

I bet your kids had a great childhood with a stick in the mud like you for a dad. Did you make them wear black pants and a white shirt EVERY day of their lives?

Cause it's very clear that you are the know all do all, make every decision for everybody else kind.

If that stock gets just ONE kid to try shooting a shotgun or gets ANY person intrested in shooting then its worth way more than $400.

What we don't need in this day and time is some jagg off telling other gun owners whats right or wrong.

And the fact that you posted it means you have to be an A hole and try and defend the post even you know you are wrong.

Sure, I will get off my high horse if you will get out of the ditch and pull that stick out of your A$$.

LOL. How does spending more $$$ on a gun make someone a better shot?

Spending more doesent make you a better shot. But, when a man gets to be a very good shot, if they have the money, they buy a very expensive gun. It's like when you become sucessful you buy a nice car. Or a nice house, you don't buy them and then hope to become a sucess.

Now that's the high road. :scrutiny:

Some of you people sure could use a sense of humor... G'night folks!

You know fellows, I was going to clean up this thread. Then I wondered.... What's the use? These guys know the rules. They agreed to them at registration. No personal attacks.

Rather than clean up your mess, I think I will just close it.
