And that is why I favour the .45acp. Cuts ever so slightly larger holes in paper and that is what my handguns are for and I dare say what 99.9% of handguns do and that is punch holes in paper. That said my 9MM rounds seem to go where I want them to more frequently....could it be recoil?

albanian has me pegged correctly, I am a hick..
..because I do prefer a larger caliber.
All other things being equal. which they will never be, more is usually better than less.
Regarding sidearms, accesability, relaibility and placement seem to be 'more ' important than diameter.
I can do 'more' with less using the 9X19. But , dang, I do like the 45.
