Your Dream Mil Surplus weapons?

Older:

A Ferguson rifle, and a Paterson Colt - both revolutionary, and rather rare.

More modern:

A Welrod, and a Walther WA 2000, for much the same reasons.

I know that the Paterson Colt is not quite milsurp, so I'd settle for a Walker, and if the WA 2000 didn't qualify I could stand to have a Mondragon rifle.

I would have to go with a M40A1, mosin 91/30 with the PEM (or the PU, i'm not picky) and the Lee Enfield no4 mk1 'T'
And one of those 105 mm recoilless rifles to keep the squirrels of the yard

What, no one wants a MP-44 (StG-44)? I know, not really military surplus, and it shoots hard to find ammo, but still, just for the historic value...

I'd love to have a WWII M1 Garand and 1911. There's something fascinating (to me at least) about the weapons that were carried by the soldiers who beat the nazis and saved our European asses in WWII... Besides, they are still both great weapons and fun to shoot at the range:D

A pre WWII 1903 Springfield in nice condition. They're out there, I passed one up at a recent Montgomery gunshow because my cash stash was $200 short of his price. It wasn't too bad a price on it - just more that I had that day.

Know what you mean, my Grandpa left me a very nice US Springfield Armory 1903, and I have wanted to get another one in similar condition, but at this point I haven't found one in good enough condition to match that I had the money for at the time.

Besides a mate to my 1903 I would like to have a good Thompson, and a couple of original issued 1911s in like condition.

A fresh of the factory line, never seen battle, only packed in cosmoline and stored:

K98 with SS markings
P-08

by no means is it a surplus, BUT

my kingdom for the only remaining, original, luger chambered in .45

rbt2

Thompson sub-gun. Any model would work.

And if I had one, I'd do something unusual and name it. Something that awesome just deserves a name, after all.

"Roland" would be a good name, I think...

I've got a short list...
.30-40 Krag
1903 Springvield
1917
Mi Garand
.30 Carbine
That would do me for U.S. Mil-surp rifles.
To finish things I'd add an ar15.
Mark.

One of each issued type of the Webley revolver, all calibres.

One of each issued type of Vickers gun.

And just for giggles, an MG42 and a few dozen crates of ammo.

Davy Crockett, with 12dozen live rounds. I promise I'd only shoot it at golf courses, and turn the yield down to 1/2 kiloton. And check the winds first, and everything.! Sorry, I _do_ live in Southern Florida. :)

Realistically?

A DeLisle Silent Carbine.
