Beat me to it. I have had it for years. Still have the Weatherby scope on mine just the way it cam home from the store. My old Model 74 Winchester with open sights is accurate as well.Shoots one ragged hole, Italian made Weatherby Mark XXII
What's your favorite .22?
Notice I didn't specify a specific .22.
I sold my mossberg 340BB to a neighbors son, he was enamored with it and I hadn't shot it in years, sold it for $150, which is fair, but, mostly because he was a fan of the old wood rifles, and I didn't shoot it anymore.Since this is the rifle sub-forum I must mention my Mossberg 46B from the late 1940's. It is simply astoundingly accurate. And now with its new variable scope it's even better. It was made a year after I was born, and has never failed (except for the crappy bakelite trigger guard, which I replaced with one I made).
