Alight guys lets say you find out somehow that your time on earth is limited so what do you do well eat of course. So I thought it would be fun to describe your last meal with a twist the starter and entree must include game/fish so let's hear what your last meal would be guys.

Starter grilled duck breast wrapped in bacon
Fried rabbit bites

Entree fried deer homemade biscuits cream gravy mashed potatoes and sautéed morels and Mac and cheese

What would yours be

Roasted Bald Eagle with rosemary and black pepper encrusted new potatos. It's not like they can fine me if I'm dead the next day.:D

Country fried venison, mashed potatoes, white gray, collar greens, biscuits and pecan pie.

Dove breast bites wrapped in bacon with breaded and fried morels. And a butt load of fried crappie. and maybe one side of walleye.

Elk tenderloin with morel mushrooms and ramps.
Smoked pheasant dip with cream cheese and scallions on Triscuts.
BBQ'd Bacon wrapped Walleye cheeks with spicy bbq sauce.
Wild rice with bullrush root.
Broiled Lake Superior whitefish.

Bison Prime Rib with Sour Cream Horseradish Sauce and Au Jus
Yukon Gold Mashed Potatoes
Pan Fried Green Beans with Lemon and Garlic
A really nice Merlot
Pecan Pie (I am a Texan after all)

Being able to spend the rest of my time at the range or in the woods.

Just my .02,

My favorite meals would generally include fish/game anyway.
Starter- Marinated and grilled venison back strap. Cooked rare over an open wood fire. A few glasses of homemade wine.
Main- Pan seared yellow fin tuna, again very rare with some wasabi paste
side of finocchio (fennel) to help cleanse the pallet. This is when I would open the bottle of 57 y/o Macallen
Dessert- top it of with 4 or 5, 20y/olds, strawberries, and whipcream

Not the first time I gave the subject some thought. I reserve the right to change the first two dishes at anytime

I'd probably try that sushi that will kill you if it's not cut properly.

That or the dove meal already mentioned, only sub out the crappie for fried catfish or some grilled red snapper.

Dove are the filet mignon of the sky.

Whatever the prison is serving that day. :neener:

In reality, how about venison pizza, cheese sticks and a home made Coke.

A thick pan fried elk steak, mashed potatoes and white flour gravy, big pile of black eyed peas, big portion of collard greens and some home made biscuits, salved down with butter. For dessert, Mom's apple pie, and a cup of coffee.

Chevelle SS...that was funny.

Whatever they are having on Death Row that day is my new alternate choice :).

chicken fried venison cube steaks and fried potatoes and onion all smothered in sausage gravy. Second choise would be back straps on the grill.

Fresh killed deer liver sliced 1/4" thick dredged in seasoned flour fried with onions and bacon then smouthered with brown gravy and served with mashed potatoes and whole kernel corn. This was my buddies and I traditional Maine deer camp supper after the first kill.

OK, left out the starter, fresh sea scallops wrapped in bacon and broiled. Scallops got to be those big, 2 inch in diameter sea scallops, like eating white steak.

Rabbit fried in beef lard and milk gravy made from the drippings. Mashed potatoes to put the gravy on (of course) and baking powder biscuits to clean up the plate with.

Second choice, creamed duck with potatoes, peas, carrots and onion baked into a biscuit dough pie. Served with cold whole milk before the cream separates out.

Appetizer: pan fried lake perch with a glass of reisling.

Starter: chicken fried venison with country gravy and a glass of tavel.

Main Course: roast elk tenderloin, wrapped in bacon, some greens (with lots of watercress) and a glass of chateau-neuf du pape.

Dessert: elderberry pie topped with real whipped cream.

Finish with a spanish coffee (brandy, kahlua, and more real whipped cream).

Earlie lurker, I like your style! Lake perch is an awesome meal. Almost like it more than Walleye. BTW, I grew up in Lorain Ohio and fished from there to the islands and boy do I miss filling the boat with jumbos!

For starters I'll have the deep fried wild turkey breast cubes and breaded morels....then for my main course.....I'll have the smoked alaskan salmon and someone to share it with(who will hopefully smuggle my old. 45 in with her).
